The views were insane, like something out of a movie. We chilled by the pool with a sick mountain backdrop and explored the nearby forest, feeling like adventurers. The staff were cool and the rooms were clean and fresh. It was lit!

That there could have been more of a turn up vibe with some fun activities for us young folk. We wanted to party and have a crazy time, but there wasn't much offered in terms of entertainment for our squad.

Everything seemed good, pleasant staff, big size rooms. Its location was stunning and great, very close to the town centre. The private parking was on-site, perfect service. The pool on the premises was nice...

Its marvellous, secluded location was a plus. Restaurant Rondo Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I had a blast listening to other guests through the paper-thin walls and trying to change in the cramped swimming pool. Great entertainment for kids with absolutely nothing else to do. The teaset in my room would have been the icing on the cake.

None of course, everything was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the majesty of this place. The winding road leading up to the hotel had us feeling like characters in a fairy tale. The staff were absolutely incredible, making us feel like VIPs from the second we walked through the door. The restaurant and reception staff were not only super kind, but also extremely knowledgeable about the area. They even granted our request for a room, which was impeccably clean and beautifully prepared for our arrival. The views from the hotel were truly jaw-dropping, offering the best in the entire area. Breakfast was a true delight, with a wide array of homemade options that catered to everyone. It was definitely a visit that we will never forget, and we highly recommend it to couples looking for a private and breathtaking experience.

The service was perfect and the room was spacious, brand-new, and had a great shower. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities including a safe, sofa bed, and central heating. Its location is just off Karpacz, the town centre, and a forest.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lush forests and offering stunning views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and polite, making our stay enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel is still undergoing construction, as everything was new and clean.

There were a few shortcomings during our stay. The soundproofing in the hotel needs improvement, as we could hear noise from other guests.

I was amazed by the breathtaking views from the balcony at Zamek Ksieza Gora. The surrounding area, with its beautiful mountains and lush nature, made my stay truly memorable. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the new furniture and nice colors added a touch of elegance. The breakfast provided was decent, and I particularly enjoyed dining on the terrace of the restaurant, taking in the stunning panorama. The hotel's spa staff were friendly and provided excellent service. It was also great to see solar panels across the property, showing their commitment to eco-friendly initiatives.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel, with the beautiful area and stunning views of the mountains being the best aspects. The location of the hotel was phenomenal, nestled in a picturesque setting. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with new furniture and nice colors. The modern and comfortable bathrooms were also a plus. Additionally, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered each morning.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of dining options available after 19:00.
